The Buyer is the person who buys any product offered by Cafe Racer Garage on the website https://cafe-racer-garage.com/.

Products for Sale

The products are for sale on the website; the buyer must pay the full price before shipping, unless any other payment terms are established. Products are purchased at the buyer’s risk and expense.

All product information is on the website, each product will include details about the necessary care.

Cafe Racer Garage can sell products through marketplaces. In such cases, the terms, conditions and policies of the sales platform where the purchase is made will also apply.

Payments

Payments will always be made through the platforms PayPal, Stripe (Credit Card), which will be the sole recipients of the customer’s payment data. Cafe Racer Garage, or anyone in the work team, has access to payment data. In the event of an eventuality, the claim must be made directly to the payment platform.

In the cases expressly indicated, the customer can pay by bank transfer. Cafe Racer Garage will not be responsible for any errors in the transfer, nor for problems that the customer has with the bank.

If there is any promotion or discount, it will apply only to products that have not yet been purchased. If the customer has already purchased a product, the promotion or discount cannot be applied retroactively.

In case of problems with the discounts, as a result of the configuration of the shopping cart, it will be understood that the correct price is the one indicated in the online store. Cafe Racer Garage will notify the buyer of the error by email.

Cafe Racer Garage can issue discount coupons to be used on the website

In partnerships with influencers and affiliates, the price will always be the one indicated in the store. Cafe Racer Garage is not responsible for any wrong information from the influencer or affiliate or a coupon that is not valid.

Taxes

All taxes that must be included by law will be shown in the budget, on the invoice and, if applicable, in the prepayment phase within the website or other affiliates and used to sell the service.

Orders

Orders will be sent to the address indicated by the customer, through: DHL, NACEX, YAMEN, FEDEX or other specialized companies.

Products will be shipped within 5 business days to any part of the world.

The buyer will indicate the destination address as specifically as possible and, with as much detail as possible, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the order data, therefore, if the product does not reach its true destination, by mistake in providing the address by the buyer, no change or return will be made, nor will any administrative management be made to correct the address.

If the error in the shipping data is attributable to CAFE RACER GARAGE, all necessary measures will be taken to take the product to the buyer at no additional cost.

If the buyer wants the shipment to be made to a location other than that previously indicated, he must send an email to contact@cafe-racer-garage.com, in order to verify the conditions and the cost of the shipment.

Right to withdraw from the contract

Within 14 consecutive days after the date of receipt of the products, the buyer will be able to terminate the contract, without justification and without any penalty, for this he must notify Cafe Racer Garage by e-mail contact@cafe-racer-garage.com, his decision to terminate the contract, indicating the necessary data to identify the purchase.

To exercise the right of free withdrawal, the buyer must send the products in perfect condition to Rua dos Barros, n665, Bregieira, Santa-Eufemia, Leira, 2420-255, Portugal or 10th Alley 7, Jiangxia west street, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China, 510000,  within 14 consecutive days from the date on which he communicated the decision to terminate the contract.

Cafe Racer Garage will reimburse the buyer for all costs of the original purchase. However, the customer will assume direct expenses for the return of the products.

The refund will be made in the shortest time possible and always within 30 days after notification, using whenever possible the same payment channel that was made for the purchase.

The refund will always be made in favor of the person who made the payment (identified as the holder of the credit card used for the purchase or the account holder from which the bank transfer used for the purchase is made).

Returns and exchanges.

The customer must notify Cafe Racer Garage by e-mail contact@cafe-racer-garage.com, indicating the order number, copy of the invoice, photograph of the product in question and description of the problem.

The products of the original order that intend to be exchanged should be sent to the address Rua dos Barros, n665, Bregieira, Santa-Eufemia, Leira, 2420-255, Portugal or 10th Alley 7, Jiangxia west street, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China, 510000. The exchange or refund will only be made after checking the condition of the product.

The refund will be made in the shortest possible time after the notification and the return of the initial order, using whenever possible the same payment channel that was made for the purchase.
