When am I going to receive my order?

All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. 99% of orders leave our warehouses within 2-5 business days of payment. We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped. Most of them should be received within 5-10 days. This may be a little longer depending on your location. If your order is taking too long to arrive or you have any concerns with the product, please feel free to Contact Us as we will do our best to help you out.

Can I change the color of the ordered item?

You can change the color of the item ordered by sending us an email to contact@cafe-racer-garage.com as long as it was not shipped yet.

Can I remove an item from my order?

Yes, you can remove the item from your order and get a refund easily before the item is shipped. To do that, please contact us via email to: contact@cafe-racer-garage.com. Once it is shipped, you have to wait for the delivery and then ship it back to us and ask for a refund.

Are the items shipped together?

Yes! We always try to ship all the items will together. 

Where can I track my order?

You can track your order by clicking in your account. Then input your tracking code you received in the email once the item has been shipped.

Can I change my shipping address?

You can change your address before the item is shipped by contacting us via email: contact@cafe-racer-garage.com.

My item is broken, can I get a new one?

If your item broke, which does not happen often, and you cannot repair it yourself, you can contact us and we will do our best to help you.

Can I be refunded?

If you do not receive your order or if you are not happy with it within 60 days of your purchase, you can ask for a refund.
