All orders are subject to a handling period before they are sent. 99% of orders leave our warehouses within 2-5 business days after the payment. We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped. Most of them should be received within 10 to 15 business days. It can take little longer depending on your location. If your order is taking too long to be delivered or you have any concerns with the product, please feel free to contact us as we will do our best to help you out.

Yes! You can change your order as long as the order as not been shipped yet. Contact us and we will give our best to help you.

Yes! You can remove an item from your order if the order has not been shipped yet. Once it is shipped, you have to wait for the order to be delivered and return the product back to us. Contact us if you want to remove a product from your order.

We always give our best to ship all products together, but sometimes it is not possible because of the order volume or weight. If we are not able to ship all the items together we will send you an email informing you that the products will be shipped separated and you will receive 2 or more tracking numbers depending on the number of packages that we send.

Yes! You can change your shipping address as long as your order as not been shipped yet. To change your address please contact us here.

If your item damaged, which does not happen often, contact us hereand we will send you a new one or a full refund. You may need to send you some photos or videos showing the damages on the product.
